How to open a support case with Hewlett Packard Enterprise

If you’re experiencing an issue with an HPE product purchased through TXC Technologies, you can submit a support case directly through HPE’s support portal. Follow the two steps below to get connected with an HPE support representative.

Create an HPE Support Account

Visit the HPE Support Portal and create an account if you don't already have one.

  • Go to support.hpe.com
  • Click "Sign Up" or "Create Account"
  • Follow the prompts to complete your registration

Submit a Support Case

Once logged in, open a new case with your product details.

  • Click "Create a New Case"
  • Enter your product's serial number (found on the product label or in your documentation)
  • Complete the form and submit
  • An HPE support representative will reach out to assist you
